You may have very good Case Management systems. Although they can assist in many areas, there will be a need to check  the input of data and enforce the correct adaptation of the system.  If that is not built into the plans for adopting such a system, then the system could be a waste of time money.

How do you manage your files?

Do you grade your clients and files in order of importance?

Are all clients and their file matters of equal importance?

As long as you invest the time and money into someone trustworthy looking after the system for you (and championing it), then the system has a reasonably good chance of success.

Use of Checklists

We find that good use of checklists (for Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Management) can help:

  • Reduce errors and reduce omissions;
  • Help productivity (you remember to do things, for which you can be remunerated)
