Improving Delivery

So, you have a written ‘Best Practice’.   You now wish to compare the Best Practice with how your existing files are managed and to review one or more recently closed cases also. You want to benchmark those files against the Best Practice so that you can highlight the following:

• Areas to improve on with delivery of the service product; and
• Areas where the Best Practice itself needs amendment;

This is where you will also benefit from our assistance.  We are outside and independent.  We can review files and highlight areas which are inconsistent with Best Practice and indeed where Best Practice is fully adhered to.  You, as a lawyer, or Department head, will no doubt be fully engaged with all of your standard work – you need someone outside to help you to review and identify suggested changes to help you achieve your ambitions of optimised productivity for the particular service product.
